What it does
Only times you are actually free
Every time your page loads, Quietbook checks your calendar. A meeting added a minute ago has already taken that slot off the page.
Books itself in
The meeting appears in your calendar with a video link, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and the invite goes out on its own. Nothing to copy across, nothing to remember.
Cannot double-book you
Two people clicking the same slot in the same second: one gets it, the other is told at once and shown what is left. That is enforced by the database, not hoped for.
You set the rules
Meeting length, how much notice you need, gaps between calls, how many a day, which days are off. Change any of it yourself, live.
Same-day links
Someone wants to talk today, and your usual few slots have gone. Send them a same-day link instead.
It offers your whole working day rather than your standard times, minus whatever is already in your calendar. Blocking out an hour in Google is how you take it off the list. The link is unguessable, it is different every day, and it stops working at midnight, so an old one in an old email cannot come back to haunt your diary.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo, your colour, your business name, your booking page. The calendar invite comes from your own Google account, so it arrives looking like you sent it, because you did. Quietbook appears once, small, at the bottom of the page.
What it costs
£9per person, per month

Everything is included. There is no cheaper tier that puts our name on your page, and no more expensive one that takes it off. Cancel whenever you like.
What you need to know
- A Google or Microsoft 365 account. Quietbook reads when you are busy and creates your meetings. Whichever you use, the booking page is the same.
- Setup is done for you, usually the same day. You then connect your calendar yourself with one button, and everything after that is yours to change.
- Your page lives at quietbook.co.uk/yourbusiness/yourname. Your own domain is not available yet.
- We read free and busy times only. Never the contents of your meetings, never who you are meeting.
